JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Relationship Manager, you manage relationships with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Community Banking commercial customers. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects in the Healthcare industry and develops new customer relationships. Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of commercial lending experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry both non-profit and for-profit is a must for this role
  • Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Considerable knowledge of credit and credit quality
  • Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous small business banking experience
  • This role requires occasional traveling to meet with clients on average 30%

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE OF THE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
