Job Summary: Lighthouse Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our valued real estate clients, driving business growth, and ensuring an unparalleled client experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in relationship management and business development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment principles.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CCIM).
  • Experience with real estate specific software or analytics tools.
  • Local market knowledge of UAE real estate.
Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective real estate clients (e.g., property owners, investors, developers, tenants).
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, understanding their unique real estate needs, financial goals, and investment strategies.
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and property tours as needed.
  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Present tailored real estate solutions (e.g., sales, leasing, investment opportunities, property management services) that align with client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling and upselling Lighthouse Company’s diverse real estate offerings.
  • Market Intelligence & Advisory:
  • Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, economic conditions, local property values, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients on market dynamics, investment potential, and property valuations.
  • Analyze client needs and market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of Lighthouse Company’s services.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive client reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all deals and client engagements are compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
