Nexus Developer is seeking a confident, client-focused, and proactive Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships while driving residential property sales. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout the buyer journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or client servicing (UAE market preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French is a plus).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and potential buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored property solutions from our exclusive residential portfolio.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture client interest, and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after the transaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class client servicing.
  • Ensure timely updates on client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent Nexus Developer at events, exhibitions, and private client meetings.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive projects, and Dubai real estate regulations.
