    The Opportunity
    We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This is your chance to make a real impact by building meaningful relationships and driving referrals to our community-based allied health clinics. With a world-class CRM, leading marketing tools, and a high-performing team behind you, you’ll be set up for success — and supported every step of the way.
    What You’ll Do

As our Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of Concentric to a wide range of referral partners — from NDIS Support Coordinators to hospitals, peak bodies, and more. You’ll:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach and engagement strategies (calls, emails, face-to-face visits)
  • Host and attend events, expos, webinars, and clinic activations
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Clinical teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Understand our clinical offerings and connect the right services to the right clients
  • Work towards referral targets with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Identify new opportunities and industries to diversify our referral network

About You

You’re a natural connector — someone who thrives on building relationships and gets a buzz from achieving growth. You may have a background in business development, stakeholder engagement, marketing, account management, or operations. Here’s what you bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, stakeholder or relationship management
  • Understanding of the NDIS and/or Allied Health
  • Confidence working towards targets and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A curious, proactive approach to finding opportunities and solving problemsA genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
