Description

Strong client relationship management skills with experience serving high-net-worth or international banking clients in offshore or private banking environments.
Expertise in cross-border banking products and services, including multi-currency accounts, international payments, and wealth or investment solutions.
Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and KYC/AML requirements relevant to offshore banking and international financial services.
Proven business development abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving growth and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial solutions clearly and build trust across diverse cultures.
Comfort working with digital banking platforms and financial technology tools, with a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in wealth management or banking are an advantage.
Relevant experience in offshore banking or international relationship management, ideally in the Middle East or global financial hubs.
