About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join our Renewable Lending team, supporting and growing our Adelaide vendor portfolio from our Sydney office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping businesses and customers access renewable energy solutions. You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of vendor accounts, building strong, trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you’ll ensure new vendors are successfully onboarded, trained and confidently transacting, while maximising engagement across your existing portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing renewable vendor accounts • Own and progress the sales pipeline, identifying new growth opportunities • Partner with the Business Development Manager to implement and execute sales strategies • Develop initiatives to increase engagement, usage and brand loyalty • Promote our renewable lending solutions to new and existing customers • Stay across competitor activity and market conditions within the renewables industry • Act as a passionate ambassador for Plenti and our renewable lending business About You: • 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced sales or relationship management role • Demonstrated success growing and developing a portfolio of accounts • Strong commercial and financial acumen • A proactive “hunter” mindset with the ability to self-generate opportunities • Confidence handling objections and identifying practical, value-driven solutions • Exceptional time management and organisational skills • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels If you’re energised by relationship-building, motivated by growth, and passionate about driving greater access to renewable energy lending solutions, we’d love to hear from you. \n \n What's life like at Plenti?
