A Relationship Manager - Property Back Loan is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, providing financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The RM will focus on acquiring new clients,and offering tailored financial products, particularly in the area of property-backed loans (for the new Kai Fakk product). What you will do: Identify and acquire new customers, particularly those interested in property-backed loans. Manage and drive individual sales and revenue target Provide expert advice on financial products, particularly property-backed loans. Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risks associated with property-backed loans. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned What we are looking for: More than 5 years of experience in property-backed loans. Minimum 3-5 years in relationship management in banking, or financial services. Strong background in real estate industry, property-backed loans, mortgage lending, or secured lending. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach. Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and risk management Knowledge of loan and real estate regulations. Established network of clients or partners in the real estate business.
