REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any field.
• Effectively bilingual in Indonesian and English to liaise with clients
• Sales experience will be an advantage, with strong consultative selling skills i.e. a proven track record of consultative selling, setting appointments, giving presentations, and closing.
• A result-oriented professional with self-confidence and a dynamic personality. Prior experience and achievement working in an organization that provides monthly and annual production targets based on individual performance quotas.
• Comfortable working with upscale, professional clientele
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to work without close supervision.
• Upbeat, professional and energetic phone skills.
• Analytical and proficient in MS Excel and Google Suite products
• Passionate about helping people.
• Work well with a team or individually
• Relentlessly driven for growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.

This role will be servicing our Indonesia branch. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by consistently achieving monthly sales targets and goals. Your responsibilities will include engaging in consultative selling and effectively closing deals, as well as sales-related administrative tasks to support your sales efforts.
