JOB SUMMARY:

We are actively seeking experienced and motivated Relationship Manager - Real Estate (Female Arabic) to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in facilitating property transactions, connecting buyers and sellers, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record.
  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of Real estate experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and procedures.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both buyers and sellers.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.
  • Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
  • Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts.
  • Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
