Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking needs. Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide them with tailored banking solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to expand business and deepen client relationships. Analyze clients' financial status and assess creditworthiness to structure appropriate financing or investment solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice. Monitor and manage the performance of client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5years of experience in relationship management in the banking industry. Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to analyze financial data and recommend appropriate solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and integrity.
