What does the relationship manager role involve?

In this dual focused role, you’ll be supporting project delivery and resourcing, building strong client relationships and helping to drive successful outcomes, with a primary focus on building high-performing project teams.

• Working closely with Clients and Associates to build value.
• Building and facilitating Pre-Start half day workshops for all Associate Teams.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Supporting Associate redeployment at the end of their assignment.
• Full Account Management of Sanderson Recruitment clients. • Keeping up to date with client’s goals.
• Utilising existing Relationships to develop new clients.
