Key Responsibilities Meet and build strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients across Odisha. Share company brochures, product details, and service offerings during client visits. Follow up professionally to ensure timely recovery of dues/outstanding payments. Understand client queries and provide suitable support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution of client issues. Maintain proper reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback. Work towards client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities through relationships building. ​ Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical Preferred). Excellent communication skills (spoken & written). Smart, Confident, and Presentable Personality. Quick thinker with strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable with travel across Odisha for client visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
