The Role: As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with dental providers to drive patient referrals to our orthodontic practices. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you’ll cultivate referral networks, organize promotional events, and work closely with our marketing team to increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with dental practices, educating them about our orthodontic services and benefits. Drive Referrals: Create and execute strategies to increase patient referrals through B2B relationships and follow-up. Promote & Market: Organize events (e.g., lunch & learns) and collaborate with the marketing team to craft local campaigns. Track & Report: Measure referral success, track ROI, and report on key metrics to ensure growth and effectiveness.
