Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager, known internally as a Relationship Manager, to join our Business Development team full-time (preferably located at either our Melbourne State Office or Sydney State Office, but we will consider applicants based in Perth or Brisbane). As the primary point of contact for your designated accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Your success will hinge on your ability to comprehend client requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and adeptly communicate with clients. This role may involve frequent travel to our clinics and client sites.
