You’ll be joining the St George Property Finance team based in Sydney on Gadigal Country, working full time in a fast moving and relationship led environment. This role puts you right in the middle of Sydney’s evolving property landscape. You’ll partner with established property developers and investors, helping them bring projects to life through tailored lending solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of medium to large property clients with lending needs typically between $5 million and $30 million, while also actively growing your portfolio through new business development. Your days will be a mix of building trusted relationships, structuring property investment and construction finance deals, and working closely with credit and product partners to deliver the right outcomes for clients. This is a hands on role where you’ll be out in market, connecting with referral partners and clients, and positioning yourself as a trusted adviser in the property finance space. What do I need? • Experience in commercial lending with strong credit analysis capability • Confidence structuring property investment and construction finance solutions • Ability to build and maintain strong client and referral relationships • A track record of growing portfolios and winning new business • A collaborative mindset with curiosity to keep learning Why join us?
