Relationship Manager - Corporate Customer Banking Bay of Plenty Full time, Permanent Mō te tūranga | About the Role You will be responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of corporate customers, shaping their success through tailored banking and financial solutions. Your ability to deeply understand each customers industry, challenges and goals will enable you to provide customised support to help them achieve their business and financial ambitions. You will ensure you operate in accordance with compliance, AML and CCCFA regulations. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of valuable customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to provide personalised banking solutions. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice. Driving a highly transactional portfolio of clients within the Corporate Banking portfolio, ensuring timely execution, strong process discipline, and operational excellence We know that building and driving key relationships as well as executing the deal requires a team of great people to support you, so this role will see you have the support of a Relationship Associate and a Customer Support team as well as the top ranked product specialists in New Zealand.
