ABOUT THE TEAM

You will be joining an experienced team of Relationship Management professionals with a broad scope of Retail merchants across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

You will be working alongside some of our top eCommerce retailers, managing and building the relationship and supporting business growth with innovative solutions and advice to support payment optimization.

  • You will be managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts typically with a portfolio of around $4m
  • You will act as the primary liaison between our merchants and Worldpay to understand their needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
  • You understand their strategic plan to achieving their goals and support with expertise and guidance
  • You will be able to demonstrate of deep product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive intelligence to deliver to your merchants
  • Ensure you have accurate forecasting in CRM and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information in relevant systems for all of your merchant base.
  • Each of your merchants must be kept informed and up to date on the industry and all aspects of their business
  • Within client organizations, you will build or build upon the network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintain your knowledge of products and services utilized.
