REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
· 5+ years of total experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a real estate development company handling off-plan sales with proven track record.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
· Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an added advantage).
· Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office applications

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction within both off-plan and secondary market real estate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, with proven success in managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
· Actively manage sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
· Understand client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
· Represent our company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and events.
· Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
· Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
· Provide regular reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market feedback.
· Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction to foster repeat and referral business.
