  • Manage the large merchant onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition and introduction to products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the merchant base.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth in merchant acquiring business by expanding and providing merchants with acquiring channels and capabilities.
  • Manage key merchant sectors and acquire large to very large merchants while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Promote Value Added Services (VAS) such as DCC, MPOS, Loyalty Programs, and other relevant solutions.
  • Liaise with major card payment companies such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc., on aspects related to the Payment Card Business.
