Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell leading bank credit cards and personal loan products

• Generate new customers through outdoor sales, referrals, leads and direct marketing
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer enquiries and explain product benefits, eligibility and documentation
• Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate application submission
• Follow up on applications until approval and card issuance/disbursement
• Maintain daily sales activity and pipeline reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–1 year banking/financial sales experience preferred
• UAE DSA / Credit Card / Personal Loan sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and customer acquisition
• Candidates with UAE banking sales, DSA, telesales or outdoor sales experience are encouraged to apply
• Freshers with strong sales potential may also be considered
