Job Description As a Middle Officer Intermediaries, you will support our Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with channel partners. Your key responsibilities include: Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments Manage client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates Handle inquiries via phone and email, and stay informed about industry developments Produce regular KPI reports and support team activities to acquire and develop partnerships Qualifications Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management, and independent financial advisors (European networks an advantage) Understanding of industry regulations (MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, privacy) Fluency in French and English; excellent communication and presentation skills Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to partner satisfaction Luxembourg insurance agent certification (desirable) Additional Information A chance to work in a high-performing team in a collaborative environment.
