Roles & Responsibilities

• Product Sales & Sourcing: Actively pitch and sell Credit Cards and Personal Loans to prospective customers via field sourcing, corporate tie-ups, and open-market channels.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual monthly volume and revenue targets assigned by management.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline: Prospect, build, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups, cold calls, and on-ground activations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Guide applicants through eligibility criteria, product features, and required documentation to ensure smooth loan and card approvals.
• Compliance & KYC: Collect completed application packs while strictly adhering to Central Bank of the UAE regulatory policies, anti-mis-selling standards, and internal risk parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience in UAE Retail Banking (specifically Credit Cards or Personal Loans).
• Market Exposure: Proven experience in outbound field sales, corporate client visits, or kiosk setups in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE banking eligibility criteria, salary multipliers, and documentation requirements.
• Skills: Excellent verbal English communication, strong negotiation skills, and high customer persuasion ability.
• Availability: Candidates on Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa, or serving a short notice period (15–30 days) are strongly preferred for immediate onboarding.
