Description:
- Achieve sales target as assigned & managing customer expectations
- Ensure all rules, regulations and compliance standards are adhered as per company norms
- Ensure high sales productivity levels are maintained well.
- Be informed about the importance of the Brands we represent and how to represent it in attitude, appearance and behavior
- Be updated on Product, Policy, Documentation, compliance, competition offerings etc.
- Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Ability to coordinate and work closely with Sr. Sales managers
- Ability to work in team & handle pressure
