• Achieve sales target as assigned & managing customer expectations
• Ensure all rules, regulations and compliance standards are adhered as per company norms
• Ensure high sales productivity levels are maintained well.
• Be informed about the importance of the Brands we represent and how to represent it in attitude, appearance and behavior
• Be updated on Product, Policy, Documentation, compliance, competition offerings etc.
• Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Ability to coordinate and work closely with Sr. Sales managers
