Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify potential clients and promote banking/financial products
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
✔ Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
✔ Guide and mentor team members (for leadership roles)
Requirements:
Fresher and 6 months to 5+ years of sales experience (depending on the role)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
Leadership skills for Team Leader roles
