POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Relationships and Systems Manager to oversee internal operations, manage team dynamics, and ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions from contract to close. This person will be responsible for managing a team of up to 45 agents and staff, maintaining and improving operational systems, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and fostering a strong, healthy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, operations, or business administration
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Proficient with Google Workspace; experience with real estate software platforms is a plus
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required

  • Lead and support a team of agents and staff to ensure consistent performance and accountability
  • Create, audit, refine, and protect the systems that manage transaction flow, client communication, and internal processes
  • Oversee agent onboarding from application to integration, ensuring new hires are fully equipped and aligned with company standards and technology
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all roles within the organization and be prepared to step in or support as needed
  • Assist in recruiting efforts and play a key role in creating an environment that retains top talent
  • Manage the energy and morale of the office — help set the tone each day
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and drive growth
