Description
MTSI is seeking a Releasability OAM (Open Architecture Management) Program Manager to provide programmatic, technical, and international coordination support for Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Unified Command and Control Interfaces (UCI). This role ensures that Open Architecture (OA) products are releasable, export-compliant, and delivered efficiently to U.S. Air Force customers and international partners. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional integration, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex processes across government and industry teams. Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of releasability, exportability, and disclosure processes for OA/OMS/UCI artifacts. Coordinate and track Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), export documents, and releasability packages across program offices Maintain compliance with DoS and SAF/IA guidance for sharing technical data and OA products. Provide programmatic oversight for OA activities supporting a multi-company consortium under a large-scale IDIQ contract. Support schedule, risk, and milestone tracking for OMS/UCI engineering, integration, and deliverables. Ensure consistent alignment of OA requirements, documentation, and processes across government and industry teams. Develop and refine process workflows using Agile and collaborative methodologies. Implement efficiency strategies that drive measurable improvements in throughput (e.g., increased completion of change packages, faster coordination cycles). Serve as a trusted liaison between Air Force program offices, contractors, and partner nations. Prepare and deliver program updates, decision papers, and briefings to senior government and contractor leadership. Foster strong working relationships across diverse engineering, program management, and international affairs organizations. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, International Affairs, or related field. 5+ years of relevant DoD acquisition or program management experience. Experience with exportability, releasability, technical disclosure, or FMS processes. Knowledge of Open Architecture concepts (OMS/UCI experience preferred). Proven ability to lead complex collaborative groups and manage cross-organizational efforts. Strong communication skills and executive-level briefing experience. #MTSI #ONSITE #LI-ZS1 #Dragons
