Release Co-Ordinator Experience- 3-5 years Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end release activities across development, QA, DevOps, and business Create, track, and manage Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with ITIL change management Review and approve DevOps pipelines to ensure deployment readiness and compliance with release Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure all quality gates are met before Schedule and manage production releases with minimal disruption to business Facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and document release Monitor post-release activities and ensure proper incident management if Maintain release documentation, reports, and audit Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational governance Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Release Management / Change Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing Change Requests (CRs). Experience reviewing and approving DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / similar CI/CD tools). Solid understanding of ITIL framework and change management Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Strong risk assessment and impact analysis Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong coordination and stakeholder management Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple releases High attention to detail and problem-solving Strong organizational and time-management Preferred Qualifications ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
