Role Summary The Release Manager leads all aspects of coordinated release execution for the OASIS Platform, ensuring safe, predictable, and traceable deliveries across multi-region deployments. This role bridges program management, engineering, operations, and customer success—orchestrating complex dependencies, governing change, and maintaining communication cadence across distributed teams operating across AU, US, and EU time zones. You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle from planning and risk mitigation through deployment, validation, and customer onboarding readiness. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain release schedules, roadmaps, and forward schedules of change (FSC) aligned with platform milestones and customer delivery requirements Coordinate software releases inc. Infrastructure as Code, patching and upgrades, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments from development to production with minimal disruption. Coordinate cross-functional release readiness assessments across security, infrastructure, AI engineering, product, integration, and customer success teams Identify and manage dependencies between software components and infrastructure. Identify, track, and communicate release risks and dependencies (IAM governance, infrastructure readiness, security certifications, customer onboarding prerequisites) Manage release candidate builds, validation gates, and go/no-go decision processes with clear escalation and stakeholder alignment Establish release criteria and rollback plans. Identify and mitigate risks that could affect the release scope or deployment. Ensure the integrity of the deployment environments are protected during releases. Liaise with development, QA, and operations teams to continuously improve, optimise, automate and streamline the release process. Communicate key project plans, requirements, and changes to all relevant parties. Act as a central point of contact for all release-related activities. Monitor and measure the progress of releases, adjusting as needed.
