Job Description

MISSION

We are looking for an experienced release manager for production deployment. You will be part of a SAP middleware, backend and frontend team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SAP CPI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Now is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (SQL, etc.) is an asset.
• Experience with JIRA Scrum/Kanban - Agile workflow methodologies and Confluence is desired.
• Knowledge of release management tools is essential.

• Development of various interfaces between different systems.
• Ensure a cohesive and synchronized workflow across the team to ensure the successful deployment of releases.
• Coordinate with the team and other release managers to ensure a cohesive and synchronized workflow
• Manage CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) activities, including:
• Interface control and transport between different environments.
• Security Materials and Keystore objects control and configuration between different environments.
• Development of several interfaces.
• Ensure correct maintenance of Service Now for all developers, including changes in production
• Manage Jira activities, including:
• Sprint user stories control.
• Correct maintenance for all developers.
• Collaboration with the Scrum Master to give the status of ready for release
• Develop and maintain automation between CPI, Gitea, Crucible, and Service Now using Jenkins
• Participate in UAT testing to ensure the quality of releases
• Technologies used in the projects: SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, Jira, Jenkins, Crucible, Postman, Service Now.
