RiVidium Inc. is seeking an experienced Release & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate the release lifecycle of an Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, currently RSA Archer, within a federal IT environment. This role will manage all aspects of release planning, stakeholder communication, change control, and compliance documentation?ensuring smooth deployments and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
- Lead end-to-end release lifecycle activities including go/no-go decisions, coordination with development and QA teams, documentation, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison with HHS Operating Divisions (OpDivs) during release cycles, ensuring timely updates, feedback collection, and deployment readiness.
- Maintain the enterprise GRC release calendar, managing schedules for patches, enhancements, integrations, and emergency fixes.
- Organize stakeholder demos and technical walkthroughs to align features with user expectations and compliance standards.
- Manage risk mitigation, scope control, and change impact assessments for each release cycle.
- Define and validate deployment checklists, rollback procedures, and ensure adherence to HHS governance standards.
- Use tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy to track release tickets, log issues, and manage cross-team communications.
- Collaborate with Lab Admins, DBAs, and QA leads for pre-release validation and migration planning.
- Document and archive all release-related artifacts including notes, test results, sign-offs, and impact analysis for audit readiness.
- Ensure all release activities comply with EPLC, SDLC, and Change Control Board (CCB) processes.
Requirements for this position shall include:
- 8+ years of project, release, or stakeholder management experience in federal IT environments, with 3+ years supporting GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer).
- Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HHS system lifecycle documentation, FISMA-mandated change tracking, and policy-driven governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders.
