Position Title: Release Train Administrator - PT Location: Remote (In the US) Other Considerations: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required)  POSITION SUMMARY This Release Train Administrator role facilitates program-level processes and work stream execution using release schedules to assist software product teams deliver value, manages risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across multiple Agile team RESPONSIBILITIES * Facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops * Coordinate across Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and schedule execution * Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies * Support planning and delivery of program increments and major releases * Escalate blockers and impediments that impact delivery timelines or business outcomes * Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across product teams by implementing schedules with stakeholder involvement * Partner with leadership to improve delivery predictability, quality, and value realization QUALIFICATIONS * Experience leading large-scale scheduling and release programs with multiple Scrum/Product teams * Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment using schedule driven development and deployment tools * Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms * Bachelor’s degree preferred or ten plus years equivalent experience can be substituted Preferred Skills * Program scheduling, delivery and release management * Risk and dependency management * Executive communication * Change leadership * Data-driven decision-making WORKING CONDITIONS Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
