Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) (f/m/d) for our CPIT Private Cloud Delivery team which is undergoing a scaled agile transformation. In the Private Cloud delivery organization, we are focusing on the development of solutions for our internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, transparent, and automated way of selling, building, provisioning, and commercializing infrastructure landscapes to SAP’s private cloud customers.
The Release Train Engineer (f/m/d) is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). You will facilitate the ART events and processes, assist the teams in delivering value, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

As the RTE (f/m/d) you will have following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure the smooth execution of the ART.
  • Collaborate with other RTEs and stakeholders to drive alignment and synchronization across multiple ARTs.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the ART, ensuring transparency and visibility.
  • Lead and facilitate large-scale workshops and training sessions.
