Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and facilitation skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, O

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) Events: Lead and coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning, ART syncs, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage ART Flow: Optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools and techniques.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Coaching: Mentor and coach Agile teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze metrics to provide insights and drive improvements.
  • Impediment Removal: Resolve and escalate impediments to ensure smooth ART execution.
