Role reports to: RELIABILITY DIRECTOR SELF CARE Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Reliability & Agility Manager will be responsible for organizing large or strategically important programs and activities for the North America Supply Chain business unit. Responsibilities will include developing short and long-term programs to support the Supply Chain Operating Model, as well as creating and managing goals and initiatives. It will be necessary to coordinate, and project manage the efforts of team members and stakeholders to deliver work-streams/initiatives/projects according to plan. The manager is responsible for driving the reliability & agility programs within the business unit and in alignment with the regional and global strategies. Key Responsibilities · Organize programs and activities in accordance with the Supply chain Operating Model. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization and drive business unit agility efforts. · Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services. · Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, agility, quality and team member performance. Manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. · Manage stakeholder communications ensuring project issues and decisions on services are addressed. · Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing program risks. · Develop strategy with the overall E2E Program & Process team. Presenting and collaborating with cross-functional senior leadership, exercising the highest level of integrity in the performed tasks. · Partner with Plan, Make and Source to drive agility throughout our supply chain; focusing on utilizing continuous improvement tools to drive down lead times and strategic upside capabilities and optimize its complex global supply chain by managing shared manufacturing assets and capacity with other geographies, collaborating with third-party manufacturers and logistics providers, and creating the capability to manage a systemwide inventory. · Develop and implement the Agility Strategy throughout NA as part of our Customer Reliability efforts, offering a range of supply chain solutions to help reduce costs and improve profitability through new configuration/design of supply chains to service unpredictable demand for a wide variety of variants · Lead the NA Supply Chain capabilities development needed to achieve the desired level of agility within the organization. What we are looking for Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree (Masters) is preferred. · Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required. · Proven experience in program, process, or project management is required. · Certified PMP or FPX trained is an asset. · Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence oriented training is required, certification is preferred. · Ability to strike a balance between big picture planning and detailed execution is required. · Flexibility, Agility and ability to quickly adjust on the fly to new demands; with a keen sense of urgency is required. · Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional projects with tight deadlines is required. · Ability to prioritize multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize to deliver results in the face of competing business interests is required · Strong understanding of supply chain, planning, technology, and product development preferred · Strong drive for results and continuous improvement is required. What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
