RELIABILITY-CENTERED MAINTENANCE (RCM) FACILITATOR

TAMARACK Technologies Inc.TAMARACK Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Subject Matter Expert in support of the Commander, Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM), his four regional Commanding Generals, their 25 Marine Corps installations, Marine Corps Support Facilities, and independent Marine Corps owned facilities across the globe.
Organization: Marine Corps Installation Command G6 Directorate
Location: Hybrid – Distributed Workforce. Must reside in the D.C., Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area and be available to work on-site periodically.
Travel: Can anticipate travel up to 30 days per year. CONUS travel to East and West Coast Installations. OCONUS travel may include Hawaii, Guam, Japan and Korea.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000

• Position Contingent upon successful contract award

Position Description: The ideal candidate will use his/her in-depth experience to support and evaluate the Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure by conducting Reliability-Centered Maintenance assessments to determine the most cost-effective means to provide and sustain functionally survivable and resilient data center hosting. Results must show both mission and cost effectiveness for both preventative and corrective activities associated with administrative permissions, patching, software configurations, software loads, hardware, personnel, and training required to reduce and eliminate downtime and impact to operational missions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA’S):

• Knowledgeable in providing Plan of Action and Milestone Reports for providing Installation Operation Support and Information Communication Technology ReliabilityCentered Maintenance Support.
• Ability to provide ReliabilityCentered Maintenance Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis Report.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Education Requirements: All Requirements must be clearly annotated on resume. Experience must be shown in work history.

• ReliabilityCentered Maintenance (RCM) Certification required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Facility Clearance Level (FCL).
• Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of experience or fifteen (15) years of directly relevant experience with ICT systems in a military environment.
• Provide proof of citizenship using the I9 form and supporting documentation

• Utilize ReliabilityCentered Maintenance concepts to collaborate with appropriate Installation, Region, and Headquarters Marine Corps Installation Communications staff organizations on matters relating to their Installation Operating SupportInformation Communications Technology systems, applications, and web portals.
• Assess design limitations of current “on prem, hybrid, and cloud” based solutions and decipher their designed inherent reliability and probability of failure.
• Analyze safety and economics of functional systems, applications, and web portals and define those that are high risk of loss impacting operational functionality.
• Develop a database that accounts for each of the Systems, Applications, and Web Portals outages and actual restoration of service time.
• Develop ReliabilityCentered Maintenance Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis Report on each Installation Operation Support and Information Communication Technology system and application within Chief Information Officer registry.
• Identify high risk of loss for solutions’ hosting capability.
• Develop and maintain ReliabilityCentered Maintenance outage and utilization common operational picture and probability of failure index.
