Responsibilities
  • Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure availability of high-quality spare parts and vendor support.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability metrics using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Support capital projects by providing reliability input during equipment selection and commissioning phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in reliability engineering and maintenance.
  • Ensuring day-to-day discipline is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including time & attendance, absence and holidays, and identifying and implementing action as necessary or escalating more serious issues to the F&M Manager.
  • Identifying individual training needs as appropriate.
  • Lead and coordinate activities with approved contractors to complete Facilities and Maintenance driven tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out such other duties that may be reasonably requested
