ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Engineering Manager, this role supports Interior Systems operations across multiple sites - working hands-on with local teams to deliver real gains in reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
This is a full-time permanent role that can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with ad hoc travel to sites as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Champion CSR and Saint-Gobain maintenance systems, change management and OPEX reliability frameworks
• Use a mix of on-site and virtual methods to coach, audit, and train maintenance teams
• Partner with the Reliability Systems Specialist and site leaders to drive OEE and cost improvements
• Review and optimise existing maintenance strategies - eliminate waste, increase value
• Provide support for major shutdown planning and execution
• Enhance preventative and predictive maintenance processes using SAP-PM
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across plant reliability systems
