Your mission: Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our production equipment while driving digitalization, predictive analysis, automation, and continuous improvement. You will be both a technical reference and project leader, playing a key role in our Industry 4.0 transformation. Main responsibilities : Reliability & innovation Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Lead root cause analyses and FMEAs to reduce downtime and improve performance. Propose and implement innovative, sustainable technical solutions. Performance management Define, track, and improve key reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability). Use digital tools and CMMS to ensure reliable data and decision-making. Technical projects & digital transformation Drive modernization projects (automation, digitalization, machine connectivity). Support the integration of Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT, monitoring, smart maintenance). Leadership & knowledge sharing Build a reliability and data-driven culture within the teams. Coach and support maintenance teams. Share expertise and best practices directly on the shop floor. Promote continuous improvement and collaboration. Your profile : Education: Master’s degree in engineering (electromechanics, mechanics, automation, or industrial maintenance). Experience: At least 10 years in a demanding industrial environment (pulp & paper, chemical, food, pharma, or similar). Technical skills: Strong expertise in electromechanics, automation, and industrial processes. Solid knowledge of reliability methods (FMEA, RCA, 5 Whys…) and CMMS. Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Good level of English (B2/C1). Personal skills: Recognized leadership and natural authority. Strategic vision with a strong shop floor presence. Analytical mindset, rigor, and technical creativity. Ability to engage teams and drive ambitious projects.
