THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to work within a diverse and dynamic team in support of the delivery of a sovereign sustainment capability to the Royal Australian Navy’s Amphibious and Replenishment Ship Fleet.
As a Reliability Engineer under the guidance of the Reliability and MRD Program Lead, your focus will primarily be on identifying and solving problems related to the reliability of systems and equipment to increase the overall uptime and availability, and to reduce the number of failures and downtime.
You will work with and guide all stakeholders in the CLCM on technical matters including Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD), and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) on the PBS.
The role is based out of Garden Island Defence Precinct, Sydney.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
