SUMMARY

Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Reliability Engineer based at our Taber Facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the main objectives of the Reliability Engineer are to provide effective operational and technical support of all plant operations and maintenance while ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors and visitors, with the objective of “Zero Harm”; provide guidance and development to departmental personnel; lead, execute, and maintain continuous improvement, training and plant implementation in the Taber factory operations; assist with major maintenance projects; and to develop, achieve or exceed pertinent KPI criteria.
