Job Description Skilled and proactive Reliability Engineer to support the Maintenance Engineering team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GMP and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze equipment failures and propose solutions to enhance reliability. Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Implement improvements in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve issues and execute projects. Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities. Qualifications BS Engineering Proven experience in reliability engineering within regulated industries (pharma/biotech preferred). Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as SAP PM, RCA, CMMS, and PM/PdM management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, compliance standards, and contractor policies specific to pharmaceutical environments. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
