Key Responsibilities • Analyse equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunities • Apply reliability tools such as RCM, FMEA, and Weibull analysis to develop maintenance strategies • Support root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize asset performance • Interpret and apply industry standards (API, ASME, ASTM, RAGAGEP) in reliability assessments • Provide input into capital project design to ensure long-term reliability and maintainability • Utilize CMMS and asset management systems to track reliability metrics and trends We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
