Description The Reliability Engineer will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through increasing equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency. The Reliability Engineer will also be required to follow all safety policies and perform their duty in a safe manner. Requirements · Analyze equipment data, identify problems, & develop solutions · Develop & execute root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions · Utilize predictive maintenance tools & methods to aid in troubleshooting equipment · Create & monitor life cycle equipment/asset management plans · Develop & implement new maintenance procedures · Review projects & collaborate with related areas on equipment reliability · Planning and managing contractor work · Developing asset centered reliability improvements with third party vendors · Help train Maintenance team on proactive equipment management · Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures · Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: · Prior maintenance leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment · Ability to lead, manage & communicate at all levels of the business · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Attention to detail and capability to analyze data and make sound conclusions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite Proficiency in CMMS, such as Maximo, SAP & eMaint REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Mechanical Engineering Degree in related field · 2 or more years of work experience preferred in a manufacturing environment · 2 or more years of experience preferred in a soy crush environment · CMRP, RMIC, ICML, CAT I vibe and/or MLT/MLA certifications preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Normal Office x Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs.) Light work (lift 10 lbs.) Very heavy work (lift over 50 lbs.) Medium work (lift 11-30 lbs.)
