JOB DESCRIPTION

The Reliability Engineer specializing in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will play a pivotal role in improving the reliability and efficiency of our sterile manufacturing equipment (Grade A/B/C/D).
This position involves implementing and running TPM strategies to minimize downtime, increase equipment performance and extend the lifecycle of our assets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, maintenance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reliability engineering or maintenance role, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement TPM programs to ensure equipment reliability
  • Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures and chronic issues
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize maintenance processes
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, predict failures and develop proactive maintenance strategies
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on TPM tools
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including One Point Lessons, Work Instructions and maintenance plans, based on failure data
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
  • Lead and participate in TPM workshops, kaizen events, and other continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinate on-site third-party service providers and contractors if needed
