Yancoal MTW is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Reliability Engineer (Tyres) to join the Maintenance team on a fulltime basis.

Responsibilities

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The primary responsibility for this role is to support the management of tyres and rims on site. This position requires someone who has the ability to manage, identify and implement initiatives to improve tyre life.

The role will require you to:

  • Coordinate, prepare and lead the MTW tyre and rim budget and forecasting process;
  • Conduct regular site severity audits and pit inspections on Tyres;
  • Liaise and mentor the Tyre Crews and Tyre contractors;
  • Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to highlight and implement tyre improvement initiatives;
  • Coordinate the support of tyre and tyre accessory products.
