• Lead root cause analysis, asset reviews and reliability investigations
• Develop, implement and improve preventative maintenance strategies
• Monitor asset performance and drive reliability improvement projects
• Optimise spare parts and maintenance planning using CMMS (MEX/SAP)
• Support and mentor maintenance teams in best-practice reliability
• Work across production and engineering to improve plant efficiency
• Drive safety-first maintenance practices and continuous improvement
