JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Reliability Lead is a key change agent in the Maintenance & Reliability function, responsible for driving improvements across East-Europe & India Oilseeds and Agricultural Services EMEAI. This role supports a diverse and multicultural region. It has strong functional influence across plant teams and works closely with site maintenance leaders.
The position is critical in advancing our journey to proactive maintenance, leading reliability assessments, deploying enterprise strategies, and supporting continuous improvement across asset performance and maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reliability assessments; identify and help close gaps in collaboration with sites.
  • Align maintenance capital and operating budgets with strategic goals.
  • Lead the development and deployment of the regional reliability strategy.
  • Partner with site teams to optimize staffing, organization structure, and resource allocation.
  • Support technical training and development based on skills assessments.
  • Define, track, and drive improvement in reliability KPIs (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
  • Use downtime and cost data to prioritize asset and organizational improvements.
  • Provide guidance during major maintenance events, including annual shutdowns.
  • Identify and structure business cases for reliability improvement projects.
  • Ensure best-in-class use of maintenance planning and scheduling processes via CMMS.
  • Champion the adoption of global reliability standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability functions.
  • Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering in industrial environments.
  • Leadership experience within maintenance departments.
  • Proven experience in maintenance practices: corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance (focus in Condition-Based Maintenance), Annual Shutdowns.
  • Proficient in methodologies such as RCA, FMECA, RCM. CMRP certification is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Familiarity with food safety and process safety management.
  • Working knowledge of IBM Maximo or similar CMMS systems.
  • Polish language is a plus due to the location, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% across the region.
