We’re seeking a Reliability Maintenance Lead to join our Smithton team – a pivotal role at the heart of our operations. As a key driver of plant performance, this role is critical in executing our reliability strategy and ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of our manufacturing assets. You’ll lead the site’s Trades Team with a focus on proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

• Drive the site’s reliability strategy to maximize plant uptime and performance.
• Lead and coach the trades team, promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize preventative and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving to reduce downtime.
• Align maintenance planning with production goals through strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Maintain SAP data integrity and ensure CMMS process discipline.
• Manage repairs, maintenance and labour budgets to support cost-effective operations.
• Play a key role in shaping the stores function to improve inventory and materials availability.
• Champion continuous improvement and lead reliability-focused initiatives.
