How you will make contributions that matter We are seeking a Reliability Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with planning responsibilities to ensure optimal performance of our production assets. You will work closely with our operations team and OEM partners (including Tetra Pak) to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve equipment reliability in a fast-paced UHT milk processing environment. Execute and lead maintenance activities on Tetra Pak lines, sterilizers, homogenizers, and associated front-end processes. Perform troubleshooting and technical support beyond operational capabilities. Plan and coordinate service intervals, shutdowns, and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks. Collaborate with suppliers for parts sourcing and technical support. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and reliability initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, food safety (HACCP), and company standards. About you Bachelor of Engineering or Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Experience in FMCG or dairy manufacturing environments preferred. Experience with Tetra Pak production lines is highly desirable Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS tools (Maximo, Pronto). Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and RCA. High attention to detail with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvements, and safety.
