JOB PURPOSE: • Using new technology tools like (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography…) to improve equipment reliability and increase their availability. • Ensure a continuous improvement process on the terminal, while doing optimization on people, equipment and resources to achieve the organization objectives. • Directly affect productivity by ensuring adequate equipment condition and reduce cost by eliminating wastes which will result less time, less inventory, less space, less effort and less error Responsibilities and duties: * Plan, design and implement failure analysis program for all equipment breakdowns as a part of FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) methodology to ensure efficient and optimum solution is done which will increase assets availability and reliability hence increase productivity. * Apply reliability and quality techniques like time motion study to ensure optimized use of resources with best performance. * Looking for Lean and Six Sigma Quality projects opportunities in maintenance process to improve assets Condition with less cost, less waste and less effort to increase profitability. * Lead terminal asset inspection Program to ensure terminal assets are in a good condition and avoid negative risks as per DP World critical items standards which will ensure safe working environment, cost reduction and increase profit as per DP World Engineering and Structural Inspection standard. * Ensure that Preventive Maintenances Program for all terminal equipment is implemented in optimized and quality manner as per DP World Engineering Policy. * Ensuring all safety activities related to Engineering are executed in proper way within its time frame as per DP World Standards. * Ensuring that the Business cases and AFE (Approval for Expenditure) are up to quality standards and will add value to the company. * Contribute to internal audit process in the terminal by being part of the audit team providing independent reviews and evaluations of the company's operations, information systems, controls, major business processes, records and reporting functions; and provide recommendations to be reported to the Management through final report preparation. * Project member in Safety and Environment project like CO2 footprint, Safety Engagement program and energy consumption reduction. * Check the Maintenance Program Execution Process and follow up work done by workshop and crane sections. * Review and following up technical KPI’s to ensure efficiency of all Engineering activities. * Responsible for quality training and development Implementation. * Motivating and Energizing Engineering members by illustrating company, Engineering and safety targets to visual communication that increase their collaboration to achieve company objective. Qualification and Certificates: * BSc degree Engineering * CMRP * Vibration CAT II * Ultrasound CAT II * MLA1 (Preferable) Experience and Knowledge: * 1:3 years of experience in reliability field * EAMS experience Skills and Abilities: * Very good English both writing and speaking. * Very good in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook. * Very good analytical skills * Very good Problem-solving skills. * Very good leadership skills. * Very good communication skills * Very good Project management skills.
